$13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Evenings (Thursdays, addition evenings when necessary)
 
Average 3 hours per week (may be more February – May)
 
Duties include:
 
·         Attending all meetings. Taking, filing and   distribution of Minutes to meet FOIA guidelines
·         Making and distribution of all copies and reports
·         Maintaining and updating budgetary spreadsheet
·         Finalize spreadsheet for Public Hearing
·         Noticing of Public Hearing
·         Producing Annual Report
·         Zoom meeting set up, when/if required
·         Must be knowledgeable with Microsoft Suite, including Excel and Doc. Powerpoint a plus
