Our friends from CONNECT Physical Therapy with offices in Watertown and Southbury will be joining us with a new program!
Connect to Capable! Connect to Capable will allow for you to make a private and confidential and FREE consultation appointment with a Doctor of Physical Therapy, conveniently here at the Morris Senior Center. During your consultation, you can share your concerns of area areas of pain, stiffness or uncomfortableness in your body. The physical therapist will then share a tentative plan of action for you to get you back to feeling your best!
Appointments can be made with us, for 15 minute increments beginning at 10:30 am on Tuesday, May 14, 2024.
Following the consultations, please stay for an exercise program, Stretch Head to Toe facilitated by a Doctor of Physical Therapy from CONNECT PT! This will run from 12:15 pm - 12:45 pm here at the Center and is ALSO free of charge!
Not interested in a consultation and would only like to come for Stretch Head to Toe! Perfect! Just stop in for 12:15 pm!
