I know it’s been a difficult year to express gratitude, but it is so very important for us to do so! We have just the project to help you achieve your gratitude goals.
It’s very beneficial to our mental health to practice gratitude. Practicing gratitude forces us to slow down and reflect on the things we’re thankful for. When we think about positive things, it makes us feel good!
Our Gratitude Jar Kit will supply you with everything you need to begin to practice gratitude. A custom Gratitude Jar, small slips of paper to express what you are grateful for and some colorful and fun writing instruments.
The goal is for you to write down one thing every day that you are grateful for on a slip of paper; put your slip of paper into your Gratitude Jar. Then, on a day when you’re feeling a little down or stressed, simply open the jar and read some of the things you are grateful for. Or you could continue adding to your jar for an entire year, and then at the end of the year, empty the jar and reflect on what a wonderful year you really had!
