The Hopkins Inn in nearby New Preston is an enchanting 19th century country inn overlooking breathtaking Lake Waramaug in our beautiful Litchfield Hills. The Inn has been welcoming travelers since 1847. The restaurant is renowned for its contemporary Austrian cuisine, reflecting owner Franz Schober’s heritage. The picture windows in the Victorian dining room offer a panoramic view of tranquil Lake Waramaug.
